Mentty is a platform that connects software developers with experienced mentors for one-on-one sessions, code reviews, and career guidance. We facilitate connections and payments but do not guarantee specific outcomes from mentorship relationships.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. Mentors must apply and be approved before offering services on the platform.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Session fees are charged at the time of booking. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis for cancelled sessions, subject to our refund policy. Disputes will be handled through our support team.
Users agree to maintain professional conduct during all interactions on the platform. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination. Mentors are expected to provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience.
Mentty is not responsible for the quality of mentorship provided by individual mentors. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, salary increases, or specific skill improvements. Users engage with mentors at their own discretion.
